Entered second year of college in Sept. 06 taking Canadian-American relations, Canadian Literature, Introductory Sociology, Intermediate French, and Basic Anatomy. Achieved an semester GPA of 8.3. VERY HAPPY!!
Quit the Superstore December 26th (Merry Christmas to me!!) after having taken a new job at the Home Depot (started Dec. 28th). Was training extensively all of January until we opened two weeks ago (Jan 24th) and have been so happy and relaxed and having tons of fun!!!
Entered second semester the first week of January taking Women's History, Advanced Composition, Intermediate French, Introductory Sociology, and Leadership in Play and Games. A pretty fun semester which means I can work more at my new job and also at my other job as a Circulation Clerk at the College of the Rockies library.
Right now I have just submited a 5 (actually 7) page annotated bibliography about the sources that I will be using in my term paper for Canadian Women's History. I will be examining how women teachers were challenged in their entry and work in the teaching profession. I am also working on a French composition about the advanatges of bilingualism. And I am trying to stay grounded (a feit that is prooving very difficult right now!).
Other than that I am working my butt off but having fun because I am caught up!!!
